1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 4Thrives Walee merchandise store. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You also confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and Availability
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse orders at our discretion.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in colour, print placement or finish may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes. Such variations do not automatically qualify as defects.
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and other store information are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Applicable taxes, where relevant, will be indicated at checkout.
- Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed when your order is confirmed.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) and available online payment methods are offered as displayed at checkout.
- If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you, including after an order confirmation has been sent.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order due to stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors or delivery limitations.
6. Intellectual Property
All store content, including the 4Thrives Walee name, logos, wordmarks, graphics, text and product designs, is owned by Walee Technologies (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, resell or commercially exploit any branding or product designs without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Thrives Walee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the store or its products. Our total liability for a claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim, subject to applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Revised terms will apply once published on the store.
